The Central Suriname Nature Reserve, which is also known as the CSNR, is a protected area in Suriname. The reserve comprises three existing nature reserves, namely Ralleighvallen, Tafelberg and Eilerts de Haan gebergte, and is composed of largely undisturbed tropical rainforest. In 1998, Conservation International and the government of Suriname joined forces to create the CSNR and it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000 due to its well-preserved ecosystem.
