The new Tbilisi Public Service Hall, designed by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas in Tbilisi, Georgia, houses the National Bank of Georgia, the Ministry of Energy, and the Civil and National Registry in a 28,000 square building. Also known as the towering steel mushrooms, the building is located on a former Madatovi Island.
